Cultivating Strength and Mindfulness
Hey! My name is Kennedy. I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200).
I’ve been practicing yoga since I was 15 years old. Yoga has guided me through many obstacles in life, and more importantly it has shown me the way back to myself.
Yoga, to me, is a return to the body, to the breath, and to the natural world.
It’s where we slow down enough to reconnect with what matters and come back to ourselves.
With a background in environmental science and years spent working outdoors in places like Moab, I’ve always felt a deep connection to the landscape. Time on the river, in the desert, and in the mountains has shaped the way I move through the world, and ultimately led me to yoga as a way to deepen that connection.
My approach to yoga is simple and intentional.
It’s not about perfect poses or pushing limits, but about creating space, physically and mentally. Through breath and movement, we slow down, reset, and find a sense of balance that often gets lost in the pace of everyday life.
Whether you’re practicing indoors, on a patio overlooking the red rocks, or starting your morning in stillness, each session is designed to meet you where you are. I offer private yoga experiences tailored for individuals, couples, and groups, perfect for unwinding, reconnecting, or creating a meaningful moment during your day.
It has been my dream to offer a practice that helps people feel freedom in mind and body.
